    Hi,

    I made a fresh PCM+ v3.20 install on a W2K8 R2 Server HP DL360 G5, Quad Xenon CPU 2,6GHz  6 GB RAM.

The system is working fine, but the local PCM Agend Service crashes very often. Rebooting the server solves this, but this seems to be mot a practical solution for me.

I tried the installation serveral times on different Hardware, but it is not working stable.

    Any ideas?

    Greetings

    JR

Do you have other SNMP,ftp clients running on that server?

What is the language version of your windows server?

There are no other SNMP Sevices as far as i know. I installed the Server for this purpose.

    Hi JoRu,

Which version of PCM did you install 32 or 64 bit, if you did install the 32 bit, i will recommend you to install the 64 bit as your hardware is not supported for the 32 bit.

The server has to be a PCM dedicated.

It could also be that your mysql database for PCM crashed.

If you meet all the PCM requirements, i will suggest that when it happens again, collect print screens, error messages and contact the support
