Radius and Macbooks

    Hi!

    Have a wireless deployment with Radius server authentication where clients have often disconnections most of all on Macbooks. Today saw that in events tab for one client who had disconnection this message: EAP Timeout from Client.
    Is there any specific thing to do for Apple devices especially for MacBooks?

    Do the Macs that have issues trust the certificate of the Root CA, Intermediate CA, and Aruba RADIUS Certificate?

    Don't sure about Aruba Certificate, but they have Root CA and Intermediate CA. If there is something wrong with CAs, I guess they wouldn't even got connected. Also noticed that before EAP Timeout from Client error was Client DHCP Timeout event.
