    Hello!


    We have a strange behavior with our IMC 7.3_E0708P02. (This never worked in our environment, the problem also happend with older vesions)

    The real-time location search only works with Mac addresses, not with IP addresses...

    As Layer3 device we use an 8325 VSX stack.

    If we call up the system information in the IMC on the 8325 switch under Device Management, nothing is displayed in the ARP table...

    If we look at the same on an AOS switch, you get the information about the ARP table etc. displayed.

    SNMP, SSH and access via the RESTful API interface is working fine...

    The debug log in the IMC also says the following:

    023-04-26 13:08:32.638 [WARNING (-1)] [THREAD(2024)] [CL2topoSubnetMgr::getMacByIPEx] Can not get Mac by IP RTLS, getAllArrivalSwitch.

    2023-04-26 13:08:32.638 [WARNING (0)] [THREAD(2024)] [CL2topoPollDataTask::findAttackerEx] use ARP IP to MAC no result.try to .

    2023-04-26 13:08:32.638 [WARNING (-1)] [THREAD(2024)] [CL2topoSubnetMgr::getMacByIPEx] Can not get Mac by IP RTLS, getRouterByIP.

    2023-04-26 13:08:32.638 [WARNING (-1)] [THREAD(2024)] [CL2topoSubnetMgr::getMacByIPEx] Can not get Mac by IP RTLS, getAllRouterIf.

    Hello,
    What software version are your CX switches running? I've seen RTLS issues in IMC where an upgrade to 10.5 or later on the CX has resolved the issue.

    Hi!


    The 8325 (Laye3) switches run on 10.10.0002
    We also have some 8360 (Layer2) switches in our evironment, they run on 10.11.0001, they habe the same problem, they show no data under system information in IMC
