Run the following command , it will tell you how many devices are currently interfering with your AP or APs:
show ap monitor ap-list ap-name <ap-name>

Under the AP-TYPE column you can see whether there's devices interfering with your AP
Based on the ARM history output it doesn't seem as your AP is trying to change channels constently because of interference
You could also run this command to make sure there's isn't a low noise levels
show ap arm rf-summary ap-name <apname>
