It's 'web-management ssl' for HTTPS, or 'web-management plaintext' for HTTP (unencrypted, deprecated):
sw00(config)# web-management
idle-timeout Configure the idle timeout for web management sessions.
interface Configure the web management user interface style.
management-url Configure the URL for the web interface [?] button.
plaintext Enable the HTTP server (insecure).
ssl Enable the HTTPS server (secure).
support-url Configure the URL for the web interface support page.

That depends on the switch that you have (mainly the operating system, sometimes the version).
If this is an Aruba branded switch, you can find the documentation here. Select the switch operating system from there, then the model.
