    can you ping these switches on the other side ?? what is your IP and subnet ??

     

    Trying tracing the traffic, ping your gateway and from there extend the ping to see where the traffic stops and doesn't pass further (traceroute or tracert is the same :) )

    I'm so sorry I never saw this reply...i started a new thread and did away with this one due to business polices.
