I expect customers asking me about SD-WAN in the near future.
I am trying to learn more about SD-WAN solutions but I find myself diving into the rabbit hole too quickly without knowing the basics of SD-WAN in a production environment.
Thank you for explaining the difference between the Silverpeak products and the products of Aruba. If you (or anyone) can point me in the direction of a good source with the fundamental info about (Aruba) SD-WAN.

Edgeconnect SD-WAN is more around the old Silver Peak SDWAN solution that Aruba acquired a few years ago. The 9000 series gateway is part of the Aruba SD Branch solution. Both are current SDWAN offerings and are actively being integrated together but are currently 2 different solutions. It would probably be best to find who your current Aruba Sales team is to discuss which one might be good for you. If you are just trying to learn more, the Edge Connect solution is mostly the old Silver Peak Edgeconnect and the other is Aruba SD Branch.

I am busy with a practise assignment, connecting multiple sites via SD-WAN.
What is the difference between the Edgeconnect SD-WAN gateways (example JZ881A) and the 9000 series (example R1B32A) gateways?
What about licensing, is the Edgeconnect Orchestrator enough for basic connectivity and management?
