Customer AP is managed by Aruba
My customer wants to see what website a user is surfing in a guest network.
Is this possible or is there only a summary report?

That information is not stored anywhere, unfortunately.  If you have Airwave installed, it can note a historical summary, but not very specific.  I am not an attorney, but please check with your legal team as well to see if you need to information about this on your guest page.

The customer would most likely need a web filter or firewall  to see the specific sites or domains visited by specific users or network groups.   Otherwise, I suppose they could mirror the port but sifting through that may be somewhat cumbersome and as mentioned above, not certain of any legal implications.
