The quick answer is, "No" it isn't a problem because you can name the profiles anything you want. However, you will likely need to edit the profiles the wizard below creates to get the functionality you really want. In a wizard, the "Primary Usage" usually equates to a "Role" and signifies two things: 1) The encryption used and 2) The security / ACL applied. The "Employee" setting usually means allow access to everything and do 802.1X. The "Guest" setting usually means restricted access and an open / captive portal network. I hope this helps.
