For sflow, you can try to use template based configuration and see if it works.
For port mirroring, teh approach that one can take is to use "aruba-central support-mode enable"

    Ac2930F-24G(config)# aruba-central support-mode enable

This mode will enable all CLI configuration commands, including those
normally reserved by the Aruba Central service. Use of this mode may
invalidate the configuration provisioned through Aruba Central server.
    Continue (y/n)? y

    Ac2930F-24G(config)#

From here the config changes that does not overlap with the Central GUI features will be retained.
Note that if the switch gets replaced, these port mirror configs won't be in the backup configs, you you need to reapply them.

    Hello ariyap,

thanks for the reply, just some extra questions,

if i do the configuration in this way if any other change is made on the aruba central part is that going to be push to the swicth and is that going to eraser the extra CLI config?

and to revert tha changes should i only do that removal of those commands and disable the "aruba-central support-mode" is the switch going to ask me anything else after this?

thanks for the help and sorry for the extra questions.

    yes thats my understanding.

But you should note that "aruba-central support-mode enable" command is to restore connectivity to Central and should not be used  as the primary configuration method. for more permanent approach you can use configuration template option in Central
