  • 1.  sponsored guest url drops to clearpass operator login

    Just set up a cppm sponsored guest system  using the  6.11.5 template and although the guest can fill in a registration form and. the sponsor receives an email with "click here" to accept the guest, the sponsor ends up on a  cppm operator login page instead of at the acceptance form they have to complete.

    Have to say thers lots of firewall type stuff in between the sponsor  and cppm which may be. affecting things

    nothing in the guest application log 

    Any idea where to start looking for the issue ?

    That would be expected if you enabled Authentication for your sponsors:

    Yup figured that out , was put off by only sponsored guest setup configured not to have sponsor authentication required. All working now :-)
