    Hi,

Can anyone confirm for me please the default state of SSH on both the MGMT VRF and default VRF please on a 6300 switch and non 6300 switch.

The documentation revision that I have seems to have conflicting information. Or maybe I am just not reading it correctly.

    TIA.

I agree that the slide from the training material and comments below are conflicting. I would check the Fundamental Guides for the switches that you have, which are the 'authoritative sources' of information.

From that, it seems that on the 6200/6300/6400, SSH is enabled by default on the mgmt VRF only, on 6000/6100/4100i only on the default VRF.

I'll try to report this to the education team as well, or you can do the same as well through arubatraining@hpe.com.

    Thanks Herman.

I will reach out to them as there is also more conflicting information in the next slide of the training material which states that "like SSH, HTTPS is enabled by default on the default VRF and disabled in the management plane."

I have my ACSA exam on Friday so I am beginning to have doubts regarding any of the information I have taken from the training material.
