    Trying to add 3rd CX6300 switch to stack. As soon as I run

    vsf member 1

    link 1 1/1/25

    link 2 1/1/26

    exit

    vsf renumber-to 3

    The 3rd switch has problems errors booting

    Created symlink /etc/systemd/system/bannerd.service -> /dev/null.

    Warning: The unit file, source configuration file or drop-ins of bannerd.service changed on disk. Run 'systemctl daemon-reload' to reload units.

    The STK and health lights are flashing amber.

    The easiest way I have found to add a new switch to a stack is to plug in from the previous,  so as your doing 26 from second switch to 25 of 3rd, then factory reset the 3rd on an erase all zeroize.

    The auto stack works great, and the zeroize just makes sure everything starts out fresh.  I have never had an when I have added switches this way.
