    received a SNMP alert marked as Major for all the clearpass in the cluster (10 servers). what exactly is this? is this something that I should be concern? 'Swap Space Below Major Thresh'

    Yes, it is a cause for concern.  I would open a case with TAC to see where you are and what can be done.
