    Hello Community:
     
    It has a Huawei brand wireless controller and it is integrated with the clear pass for the captive portal.
     
    But the users connect to the portal's Wi-Fi, it redirects them to the portal, they enter their credentials but they get an error and they do not connect to the internet.
     
    I have the following questions, can a Huawei wireless controller be integrated with Clear Pass for the Quative portal?
     
    Why would that no connection error appear?

    With 'an error' it's hard to say something useful on what's going wrong. If you share a screenshot that may help.

    I found this link that describes how to setup external captive portal with ClearPass, so while I don't have any experience with Huawei equipment, it seems to be possible. Did you find/follow that instructions?
