The insight portal missing alert and report options.

    We are running with two clearpass server(1 Publisher ,1 Subscriber ) configured with Virtual IP.
    Today enabled insight in the subscriber node .Alerts and reports options are not showing in insight portal.
    Is there something I'm missing and recommendation for enabling insight

    Hi

    Have you also enabled the server as Primary Insight server?

    It's only possible to create reports and alerts on the primary server. On the other servers with Insight enabled you will only get viewer privileges.

    Thanks Jonas Hammarbäck , After enabling the Primary Insight server we are to able to view  the alerts and reports.

    Is external servers -> Messaging setup - > SMTP configuration is common for insight mail notification config and CPPM guest portal  configuration?
