if the AP that is already configure with Aruba Central looses its connectivity to Central, it will just operate as before. it will not reboot.

the AP will continue to use its last Aruba Central synched configuration when it can't reach Aruba Central.
after AP loses its connectivity to Central (i think it takes around 5 min) it will allow configuration mode on the AP.
So if needed one can login to the AP and modify its configuration.

Then my next question, how the AP with AOS10 adapt if it lost connection to central maybe due to problem with telco. And EU still require intranet connection. Please advise. Thanks

AOS10 is different from Instant, where this topic is about. If you have access to Arubapedia For Partners, search for AOS 10 Survivabilty. If you don't have access, ask your Aruba partner or local SE, or open a new topic to keep questions and answers organized.
