TPM issue on S1500-12P

    Hi All,

    There are serveral S1500-12P in the lab, which got the same following error on the console.
    The switches seems got bricked, is there anyway to bring them back?

    I checked, and could find just one support case where the customer got the hardware replaced. Does not look like something you can fix yourself. It looks like the flash is corrupted in some way.

    What you may try is to upgrade from the cpboot to the latest firmware version, and see if that resolves something.

    Edit: Note that the S1500 has been end-of-life for quite some time. It may not be recommended to deploy these devices in production as the software may contain security vulnerabilities and TAC Support is unlikely to be able to assist you in case of problems.

    It does not work too by upgrading to the latest firmware. It maybe be the time to retire them.
