Not sure what that equipment is or does, but from PtP it may be that these devices are 'mesh' APs. If you have mesh APs, you probably only need to connect the 'primary' to the network, others use the wireless network to connect back.
If these devices also have wired network ports, and they mesh/bridge on their wired network ports as well, you create a network loop that not only forwards ARP but any traffic.
If this is not the issue, having more understanding about the network topology (diagram) would help.

Howdy!
I have multiple switches with PtP ubiquity UHD5x systems. I noticed in aruba-central, those ports are causing a massive flood of random clients throughout our site in just one port, the uplink port of the PtP. The ARP of the switch is practically flooded from that port. Any ideas? Suggestions? How do I stop this PtP from flooding ARP.
