You probably should ask this question in an HPE forum or the InstantON community.
What I read here, the OC20 (JZ074A) is no longer supported and will not be supported with InstantON. Probably not what you would like to hear, but asking on the other forums may give you a better answer.

The JZ074A itself is green and flashing orange. The network is working.
When will the company fix its cloud?
