Used AP505 will not reset

    I have a challange here.

    I have got 2 AP505 that are used in a network with a VC. 

    Reset ( Power Off, press and hold reset button until the green led flashes) doesnt work. de ap gets a ip but i wont be able to login and the wifi led stays off. can you help me
