Could it be that you have different certificates for the AD/NPS servers? Make sure you have the same certificate.
Please be aware that PEAP should be avoided, especially when using AD credentials, and even more if you can't control your clients like you showed that there are certificate warnings that users press 'Continue' on. What you see, the certificate popups, is exactly what you would see if your network is under attack for credentials being stolen. Move to EAP-TLS to resolve the vulnerability; or accept that your AD password leaks out.

Anyone know why the "Verify Certificate" message would pop up multiple times? The user click "Continue" and all is fine, but then 3 hours later he may get the message again. We use PEAP, we have AD servers with certs on them.
