Virtual Console Port on AP

    I have an AP that is in a gym and cannot get to the console port from the ground. I know on another vendor has the ability for a virtual console port. 

    I can ping the AP but it is not showing on the controller. I wanted to console in to check the AP and maybe reset it

    You could gain access to the AP via telnet if you had it enabled. See image below. Also depending on the capability of the AP, and the config it had prior to it losing communication to the controller, you could try Bluetooth.
