Good morning community,replace the background 
I am relatively new user and have a question.  In AirWave VisualRF one floorplan image needs to be updated, but when I replace the background it shows up distorted from the image I am importing.  I have tried using a PDF, PNG, and JPEG but all are doing this!

What is the size of the image? Large size tends to be skewed. Again the AP placements may not exactly match if the dimensions of the new image is not same as old image. Either ways, i would suggest to open a TAC case to see the image and and check why it is distorted.

I made the background image smaller and saved as GIF, and it worked much better :)
