Looking for some guidance on where to start for possible voip deployment coverage. Average distance starting between APs possibly or any other design considerations. I thought 20-25ft was a recommendation but can't find that and seeing 40-50ft which seems far.

This would be for K12 school environments, lots of cinderblock walls.

It all depends on the client(s), the voice protocol in use and your environment.  I would start here:  https://community.arubanetworks.com/browse/articles/blogviewer?blogkey=7bc8710b-bc01-4229-a170-41f8f5a5e6f8

Any opinions expressed here are solely my own and not necessarily that of Hewlett Packard Enterprise or Aruba Networks.
