We have 4 x Aruba 6300M. I have created a stack, and all working as planned :) So my question is, can each switch still have its own IP? ALl switches are managed through the conducter, which I understand, but I still want to log in to each switch itself via IP on my network

You can do this with VSX, but not with VSF. You could use out of band management with a separate IP if you want to check on, or set up monitoring that way.

    Hi

I have a 6300 with a live config that needs to be converted to a conductor. The documentation suggests that the switch need to be reset back to factory. Is there a way of making this switch conductor while maintain the existing config. I will have a short down time window and don't want to find myself having to redo the config.
