    Hi All,

I am facing an issue with WhatsApp call, after installing Aruba Controller, whenever someone tries to call me it keeps connecting, and the call didn't start.

Did anyone face this issue before, and how it was solved?

    Regards

Are you restricting any traffic in the user role?

We don't use WhatsApp, but Cisco Jabber. We had 2 instances of 1-way audio, 1 was due to an access-list preventing the users from communicating and another was a routing issue. There are some UCC options that can be enabled on the Aruba wireless to help with call identification and also some ACLs for voice calling to help prioritize voice traffic.

    A couple questions -
    1. is the caller on the LAN or outside the network?
    2. If on LAN, can you ping one device from the other?
    3. In the controller, do you see any traffic blocked in the datapath session table? - look for the "D" flag.
