Subject: Windows 11 Action Needed
Environment
Mobility Conductor, (2) Controllers, AP-515s and Clearpass
This campus has been installed and working just fine for quite some time. Recently some staff members have upgraded their pc's to Windows 11. After the upgrade they are now having problems connecting to the wireless.
After a device restart, an attempt by the device to auto-reconnect to the network will prompt an "Action Needed" notification.
Clicking this notification or trying to select the network in system settings gives the following notice:
ABC Company
Connecting
Continue connecting?
If you expected to find ABC Company in this location, go ahead and connect. Otherwise, it may be a different network with the same name.
Then it lists certificate Issued clearpass02.ABCCompany.edu
Clicking this second connect button grants the user network access. However this prompt appears at any reconnect after a shutdown, after switching to a different network or after an undetermined period of time something in the realm of several hours. (which is really annoying)
We tried to resolve the issue with a change to registry but that did not resolve issue.

Also tried to revert wireless driver for the machine back to the window10 driver. This did not resolve issue either.

The above solutions (that didn't work) seem to be more device specific. I'm posting here in the hopes of finding some kind of broader config change on controllers to help resolve this issue.
* Note this is happening to any device that we either image on Windows 11 or update to Windows 11, and is not present on Windows 10 before going to Windows 11.
