I'm not sure if such data is exposed via SNMP. Most people use tooling like Aruba Central or Airwave. Of there is no IOD in the MIB, it's not exposed via SNMP.
You may have a look at the API or CLI command scraping as an alternative (but don't have an example for you, never done or attempted this).
