Backup from Amigopod does not restore on Clear Pass Guest

Environment : This applies to all version of CPPM

 

We would see the below error message.

 

Invalid backup file (no private key found for decryption)

This error is caused when we have FIPS enabled on the newly installed CPPM. We cannot restore a non FIPS compliant backup on a FIPS enabled system.

 

We will have to disable the FIPS on CPPM to make this work.
