Does CPPM Server allow to define a Virtual IP address without necessarily adding a secondary server?

Environment         Stand alone Clearpass Policy Manager Server(No Cluster)

Clearpass Policy Manager Virtual IP feature before 6.4 requires that there should be a Secondary node in the cluster to allow us to configure Virtual IP address for Primary and Secondary node.

In 6.4, a Virtual IP address can be defined with configuring only the primary server and omitting the secondary server if required. This can be used to add an additional IP address to the CPPM server, although without any redundancy.
