Does ClearPass calculate any license for AirGroup Authorization?

AirGroup authorization does not consume any ClearPass license.

However AirGroup usage should be considered for server sizing to ensure the underlaying capacity of the ClearPass server can handle AirGroup requests and other authentications.

EX:

1. For 500 AirGroup Servers(devices that can service as AirPlay or AirPrint ) would require a CP-VA-500 or CP-HW-500 appliance. This will ensure that underlaying capacity can support AirGroup and regular authentications.
