What is the process to take complete backup of ClearPass

Q:

As being a admin, i wish to take complete ClearPass server backup, how can i do it?



A:

In order to manually take the complete server backup we need to navigate to the following location:

CPPM > Administration > Server Manager > Server configuration > Select the node > Click on "Backup" > Select the data to backup (config/session log/Insight).

If you select all the first 3 options, we would collect the complete server backup (Config + Access tracer logs + Insight backup)
