    Hello, guys.

I am trying to config a guest SSID in an IAP cluster, no controller. All right. I understand that, If I want the IAP cluster to act as the DHCP server and some interface at the switch to be the default gateway, I need to set up the DHCP Scope for a Local, L2. Is that right?

Now, the Local, L2 has two terms that seem the same to me. What is the difference between "default router" and VLAN IP?

I mean, there is a VLAN-interface in the switch, with an IP address (10.30.0.254) and the customer wants this interface to be the default gateway (its his current setup) for this VLAN. Where do I inform this 10.30.0.254. Is it the default router or the VLAN IP?

    Thanks for your help!

You would put both. The VLAN IP will be needed for captive portal redirect, and you can also use it as the default gateway for that VLAN.
