    Has anyone encountered a problem with the OnGuard installer crashing on a Windows system before the terms of use screen is displayed? This appears to happen consistently on a Windows 7 64 bit Korean system so it makes me believe that there's an issue with the character set. Any suggestions on troubleshooting this issue as I can't seem to locate an installer log file either? Are there other ways to install OnGuard that you might recommend?

    Your issue should be fixed in 6.4.1
