Does AP-214/215 or IAP-214/215 enable USB port with POE / POE+ capable switch?



A:

AP-214/215 or IAP-214/215 treats both POE and POE+ power source as POE.
This is a hardware limitation with this model of AP and the USB port will be disabled and its the expected behaviour.

The USB port will be enabled only with the power adapter.
