What are the Class of Service or Class Sector adjacent markings for DSCP in Aruba Wireless Controller?



A:

Class of Service or Quality of Service is a way to categorize network traffic based on application or type of service an end client uses. For example  Voice Traffic using VOIP can be given higher priority over Email or http.

Class of Service or Class Sector have relevant values as per DSCP markings made for each type of traffic. Below is a tabular form on what is used in Aruba Controller:
