Each call will have its associated Call Quality parameters. Understanding this is very important in identifying and fixing Voice or Video Quality issues.
Feature to check the call quality parameters through CLI and GUI for LYNC calls.
Environment :

Lync server running "Lync Diagnostics Listener"
WLAN client running Lync application
Network Topology :
Ensure that controller has been integrated with Lync server.

To check the Call Quality Parameters i.e Delay, Jitter, Packet Loss & DSCP, use the below command:
The same can also be verified through GUI. There are also filters available in GUI (say to check voice only).
MOS score and UCC score for clients can be used to troubleshoot voice quality issues.
For further details with sample for a specific call, CDR based report can be generated.
