How to configure the NAS IP address of a Branch office controller with a VLAN?

The Mobility Controller should be minimum running AOS: or above.

Starting from ArubaOS, the NAS IP address of a branch office controller can be configured with a VLAN. If a NAS IP VLAN is not configured for a branch office controller, the IP address that is defined in the RADIUS server configuration is used as the NAS IP address.

Only 7200 Series controllers can server as a master controller for a group of branch controllers on a network.

From WebUI:

1. Navigate to Configuration > BRANCH > Smart Config page.
2. Select Routing.
3. Select a VLAN ID from the Override NAS drop-down list.
4. Click Apply.

Note: The BRANCH > Smart Config section of the master controller WebUI is available on the 7200 Series controllers only.

From CLI:

At the moment this option is available only from WebUI and not available from CLI.

We get the following error when we try to do the configuration from CLI

(Aruba) (config) #branch-config-group New-Group
Branch configuration supported only from Web GUI Smart Config page.
