How to wipe the AP`s flash completely from controller?

Yes. Here is the command to wipe the AP flash from controller. You can erase the config either with specific ap-name or ip address of the AP.

ap wipe out flash

ap-name <ap-name>

ip-addr <ip-addr>

This command will overwrite the entire AP compact flash, destroying its contents (including the current image file).

Note: Validated on Aruba OS 6.2
