Q:

What is the maximum IPSEC retries done by the CPSEC enabled Campus and Remote APs? 

The maximum IPSEC retries done by the CPSEC based Campus APs are 30 and for the remote AP's its 85. 

By default, the number of IPSEC retries are set to 85 and this parameter is configurable in AP system profile. 

(Aruba) #show ap system-profile default | include IPSEC
Number of IPSEC retries                  85

When the number of IPSEC retries are set >= 30 then it will affect only the Remote AP's. 
When the number of IPSEC retries are set < 30 then it will affect both CPSEC enabled Campus AP's and Remote AP's.
