When we try to install visualrf planner tool on windows 8 using the exe file we will come across  error "Installer User Interface Mode Not Supported" as show in the screen shot below,

Cause : This is because visualrf 7.5 is not compactible with windows 8

Resolution : We can follow the below steps as a work around to get visualrf planner tool installed on windows 8.

·         Right click on VisualRF Plan installer executable.

·         Select Properties.

·         Click on the 'Compatibility' tab. 




·         In the 'Compatibility mode' section, check 'Run this program in compatibility mode for' check box and in            the drop down, select 'Windows 7'.





·         Click on Apply or OK. 

·         Double Click on the executable.
