Controller Based WLANs

Minimum VIA version to support Windows 10 client.

Windows 10 will be supported from VIA 2.3.0. 

Note:
For existing features, VIA 2.3.0 should be backward compatible with existing AOS versions.
But to get additional features like OCSP revocation etc, AOS 6.4 & above is required.
