After the controller reboots, follow these steps:

1. Run the CLI "show switchinfo" command to find the reboot cause.
2. If crash information is available, run the CLI "tar crash" command. It will generate the crash.tar file at controller flash.
3. R un the CLI "copy flash: crash.tar tftp: <tftp server ip> crash.tar" command to collect it.
4. Send the crash.tar file to Aruba Technical Support to analyze.

For example:

(Aruba200) #show switchinfo
