Proxy server configuration in Instant AP

Does VC assigned network use the proxy server configuration in Instant AP ?

The proxy server configuration in Instant AP is applied only for the management traffic initiated by AP like Activate, Aruba Central or Airwave.

Even though we have VC assigned network for the clients, proxy configuration will not be applied.
