Controller Based WLANs

When we navigate to the Configuration tab of the controller's WebUI, the controller may display an error message "Error getting information: command is not supported on this platform". This error occurs when we upgrade the controller from the WebUI and navigate to the Configuration tab as soon as the controller completes rebooting. This error is expected and disappears after clearing the web browser cache.
