When do we notice the message "Network is unstable, monitoring" in VIA client

Environment- This article applies to VIA windows 2.1.1.6 and above

Answer- VIA continuously sends heartbeat message (icmp) to controller internal ip address configured in the connection profile.If ping fails consecutive 3 times, then this Network message is shown. But disconnection is triggered when 7 attempt(each attempt at 10 sec since no data is  received from controller) of 3 consecutive ping fails.
