Can one email account be a part of two Aruba Central accounts?

Apr 09, 2015 07:58 AM

Environment : This article applies to Instant APs managed by Aruba Central.

No, user can only be associate to only one account in Aruba Central.

Every user in Aruba Central is assigned a backend folder. This infact is the folder to which registered IAPs would push the data to.  Cluster data such as No. of clients, Status of Access points in cluster, and much more.
So, when a Aruba Central logs in, Central reads the data from the folder that the user is associated to.

This gives us a limitation of having only one account tied up to an user.
