Controller-less WLANs

Environment- This article applies to Instant Access Points managing by Aruba Central.

Answer- Instant AP architechture is a cluster model and one can add or remove a member IAP from the cluster. If the cluster is managed by Aruba Central, then all the member IAPs of the cluster should have appropriate license assigned. Thereby objective of assigning licenses to a group in Aruba Central helps us to maintain sufficient licenses for all the additional access points that may join the cluster.
