In a mixed Instant Cluster, how to check out the different class of Instant Access Points?



A:

Aruba Instant hardware are available in different classes based on hardware capability and deployment models.

When an Instant Cluster is formed with different IAP classes, it is called as mixed cluster.  In such cases, it is important to understand the different classes joined to cluster, to download the appropriate IAP firmware from Aruba Support site. 

This information can be obtained from IAP command "show summary" shown below.
